In 2020, the business world embraced digital as the new normal. There was a need to quickly adjust to accommodate a remote workforce. With only 15 employees at the time, Hyper Networks struggled to keep up with the sudden surge in demand. In their early years, Hyper Networks used to work with local recruiters who mainly focused on headhunting across multiple job platforms.
