Emapta honored as one of Asia’s best workplaces
HR Asia, one of the most recognized publications for HR professionals in the continent, has included Emapta as one of the “Best Places to Work for in Asia” after thorough interviews with employees and the evaluation of its policies across departments.
In separate surveys, employees rated Emapta above average when it comes to leadership and organization, culture and ethics, programs and activities, wellness, purpose, freedom of expression, and even diversity.
Results of HR Asia’s evaluation also revealed a highly favorable sentiment for Emapta’s 50/50 gender ratio, as well as its initiatives to provide programs for financial and well-being support to employees, especially in a time where empathy and care are sorely needed.
The recognition puts Emapta at the top of its market, and side by side with global giants such as Johnson & Johnson, FedEx, and Microsoft, among others – global companies that were also honored with the same award by HR Asia.
Aside from the HR Asia award, Emapta was also recognized as one of “The Philippines’ Best Employers for 2023” by the Philippine Daily Inquirer, a leading news organization in the country, in partnership with Statista, a global leader in consumer data research.
The Philippines’ Best Employers list, an annual project of PDI, is a result of online surveys conducted among thousands of employees from over 2,000 eligible companies in various industry sectors throughout the nation.
