This module will help you understand the art of giving and receiving feedback with confidence and empathy. You’ll learn how to deliver feedback that inspires improvement and how to embrace feedback as an opportunity for development.

Hands-on training where participants will learn functions such as basic formulas (math operations, count/counta, concatenate, etc), basic functions (freeze panes, data validation, filter, pivot table), and protecting worksheets.

In this course, leaders will learn to effectively manage and inspire diverse age groups. Participants will better understand how each generation differ in perspective and approach at work. They will pick up strategies that effectively manage these differences thereby promoting inclusivity, and enhancing team cohesion. Ideal for people managers, project managers and team leads aiming to build a diversified, strong, and collaborative team.

Hands-on training where participants will practice how to make logical comparisons, and be familiarized with reference and power functions to look up data.

This session introduces the core concepts of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belongingness (DEIB) and helps participants build a shared understanding of these principles in the workplace. Through open discussion and practical insights, participants will learn how to foster a more inclusive, respectful, and supportive environment for everyone.
