As our organization continues to grow, we want to ensure that we can provide timely billing for our clients and accurate pay for your teams. Upon reviewing and enhancing our payroll processes, we have also adjusted our payout schedule dates to earlier dates every month to provide more time for your team and their approvers.

Changing the payout schedule from the current 15th & 30th to every 5th and 20th of the month is a long-term solution that aims to reduce the need for manually filing attendance forms and give approvers additional capacity to process the increasing number of requests.

Enhancing our payroll timeline and payout schedules is important to ensure timely and accurate pay to accommodate the growth of Emapta’s clients and their teams. The goal of changing the payout schedule from the current 15th & 30th to every 5th and 20th of the month, aiming to:

• Give team members more time to file requests
• Give approvers more allowance to process an increasing amount of requests on ESP and Empower
• As more requests are approved on time, pay discrepancies and special payouts can be reduced.

The new payout scheduled will begin on 5 March 2022.

No. The next Salary Payout after 15 February will be on 5 March 2022. We are sharing this information early to allow you to plan accordingly.

The updated payout schedule is an organisation-wide update, making it applicable to ALL Emapta clients and team members.

Please see below the updated pay period dates corresponding to the new payout schedule:

• 11th to 25th – payout will be on the 5th of the following month
• 26th to 10th – payout will be on the 20th

This will give our team members more time to file their attendance requests and provide approvers with more allowance to review the requests.
