Enhancing our payroll timeline and payout schedules is important to ensure timely and accurate pay to accommodate the growth of Emapta’s clients and their teams. The goal of changing the payout schedule from the current 15th & 30th to every 5th and 20th of the month, aiming to:

  • Give team members more time to file requests
  • Give approvers more allowance to process an increasing amount of requests on ESP and Empower
  • As more requests are approved on time, pay discrepancies and special payouts can be reduced.

When is the new payout schedule going to be rolled out?
