What is the purpose of MyEmapta Super App?

Answer: This app is designed to Transform Talents' #EmaptaExperience to the best convenience mobile experience. You can access all your Emapta services while being a talent, such as maintaining attendance records, check company announcements and check your personal profile.

Answer: You have to be an Emapta employee to use the MyEmapta mobile app. Use your login credentials for Empower given to you by Emapta.

How do I log in to the app for the first time?

Answer: Click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Answer: Yes, the app will be available in both Google Play and Apple App Store. 

Can I access the app from both Android & iOS?

Answer: All Emapta talents who are eligible to use this app can report any issues to Helpme via an email.

Who should I contact if I encounter a technical issue?

Answer: The app is updated regularly based on feedback and technical needs. Users will be notified of any major updates through the app or company communications.
