The Emapta core support teams already have an equivalent quarterly recognition program called the FASTER Ambassador CEO Awards. While metrics are different from each other, both have the same goal of recognizing outstanding talent in the organization.



Nominees must demonstrate outstanding performance or have received at least one commendation from clients, their direct supervisor, or customers.



The employee’s client/immediate superior/manager will submit the nomination form to the STAR Program Committee. The opening of nominations will be announced quarterly along with the nomination form. The nomination write-up should include a narrative on the nominee’s performance, why the nominee is a standout talent, and the impact the nominee contributed to the client and customer’s business. Supporting documents in relation to performance or a screenshot of the commendation may be attached.



Only the employee’s client/immediate superior/manager can nominate. The client may also authorize the Emapta People Business Partner to submit the nomination on his/her behalf.



Yes, it will be per quarter, starting from April to June 2024 or the pilot run. The nominations will run for two (2) weeks every quarter.

Ideally, we encourage diversity in nominations to recognize a wide range of talents within the team. However, if upon client’s assessment, the same individual is still deemed the standout performer, they can certainly be nominated again.

While it's understandable if no nomination is submitted, it's important to consider the potential impact of this decision. Without nominations, valuable contributions may go unrecognized, potentially affecting morale and motivation within the team. It might be worthwhile to reassess the criteria to identify potential candidates and ensure recognition of deserving individuals.



Awardees will receive a Certificate of Recognition, a movie pass for two, company merchandise, and PHP 3,000 cash credited through their payroll account.



Ceremonies are held quarterly, with the dates specified for each awarding period in the document. Aside from the rewards the awardee will receive, the STAR Program intends to put the spotlight on these deserving employees with a Recognition Program and Awarding Ceremony attended by Emapta Executives and peers.
