What is Emapta Academy?
Emapta Academy is our centralized learning and development hub, designed to deliver high-quality training and development experiences for all Emapta Employees. It is powered by Moodle LMS, a robust and flexible learning platform.
Why are we launching a new Emapta Academy LMS?
The New Emapta Academy LMS gives us a smarter, more engaging way to learn—whether it’s onboarding, compliance, skills development, or leadership training. With Moodle LMS as our engine, it supports scalability, mobile access, and personalized learning paths.
When will the Emapta Academy be available?
The official GO-LIVE date will be on May 26, 2025.
How do I access Emapta Academy?
You can access the platform directly at https://learn.emapta.com/ login using the Emapta button and input your MyEmapta credentials.
Is Emapta Academy mobile-friendly?
Yes! You can access your learning anytime via mobile browser or the Moodle mobile app, available on the App Store and Google Play.
Will my previous learning records be available in Emapta Academy?
Unfortunately, no. Your previous learning records will not be available in the new Emapta Academy LMS. It would be best to keep a record of your certificates from courses you have already finished. Also, should you wish to have access to your previous learning records, please lodge a ticket via the HelpMe Portal.
What types of courses will be available at launch?
At launch, you’ll have access to more than 50 courses including onboarding, compliance, client-specific training, and core functional programs.
How will I know which courses are assigned to me?
Courses assigned to you will appear on your Emapta Academy dashboard. You’ll also receive notifications and in-system alerts.
What should I do if I experience technical issues?
You can lodge a ticket via the HelpMe Portal or reach out to the Learning & Organizational Development Team at academy@emapta.com.
Will there be training on how to use Emapta Academy?
Yes! The Emapta Academy Roadshow will provide a live demo and walkthrough. A “Welcome to Moodle” onboarding course will also be available to help you get started.
