
As part of its global growth strategy, Emapta appoints Tim Smith as Sales and Business Development Director, strengthening its leadership in driving client-focused solutions
SYDNEY – [July 3, 2025] – Emapta, a global leader in offshore and nearshore dedicated staffing and workforce transformation services, has appointed Tim Smith as Sales and Business Development Director for Australia and New Zealand. In this role, Tim will execute strategic sales initiatives and advance business development efforts to deliver more responsive, consultative support for companies looking to scale with flexible, dedicated talent solutions.
With more than 35 years of experience, Tim brings deep expertise in the business process outsourcing (BPO) sector, having led sales and client management organizations in the Asia-Pacific region at Salmat and Fujifilm. His career includes working with large enterprise clients across the private sector as well as public and federal government accounts, building long-term partnerships in complex, high-value environments.
Tim’s focus will span both sales execution and strategic business development, helping to strengthen how Emapta identifies, connects with, and supports new clients as well as develops tailored workforce solutions.
