Peter brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in large organizations delivering B2B services, spanning industries such as federal government, utilities, finance and insurance, large retail, and banking. He has held roles with full P&L responsibility and has been accountable for overall sales and client relationship management throughout most of his career.
Peter’s appointment marks a strategic move for Emapta to further embed a client-first mindset across its regional operations. Over the years, Peter has also helped clients leverage technology as an enabler, supporting transformation, improving operational performance, and enhancing service delivery.
