Cebu Welcomes New Emapta Office, Strengthening Its Role as an Outsourcing Hub

Cebu, Philippines – Cebu further cements its status as a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) expansion hub, with outsourcing leader Emapta opening its first office in Metro Cebu.

This opening marks a significant milestone for Emapta, establishing its first site in the Queen City of the South. The new Cebu hub expands Emapta’s global network, which now includes 19 offices across multiple countries.

The official inauguration was held on Q3 2024, featuring a traditional blessing and a celebratory dragon dance. Highlighting Emapta’s commitment to investing in Cebu’s outsourcing industry, the ceremony also showcased the site’s state-of-the-art facilities developed to attract top talent in the region. Additionally, this expansion further enhances Emapta’s ability to provide clients with access to a larger pool of skilled experts, reducing recruitment costs and accelerating time-to-market.

Housed in Cebu City’s first solar-powered commercial building, JEG Tower, Emapta’s new office spans 1,000 sq. meters and can accommodate over 200 people. On top of that, the office boasts features designed to exceed the typical standards of BPO offices while embodying the rich cultural heritage of Cebu.
